This CEPA (Classroom English Proficiency Assessment) Test Student Service Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the rights, obligations, and services provided to student users (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “students”) who register for and take the CEPA Test, an AI-powered academic English assessment designed to prove classroom readiness for international students aiming to study in the US, UK or any English speaking countries. By registering for and participating in the CEPA Test, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy, as well as any supplementary rules or notices issued by the Netclass Technology Inc, the CEPA Administration (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our team”).

1.1 Eligibility: The CEPA Test is open to all international students who intend to apply for studying in any schools, colleges and universities of English speaking countries, with no strict restrictions on age, educational background, or nationality.
1.2 Registration Process: You may complete the entire registration process online through our official website cepa.netclass.org or designated platform. The registration steps include creating a personal account, filling in true and accurate personal information (including name, date of birth, ID number, educational background, and contact details), selecting a test date and location (or online test option), and paying the test fee as specified. We guarantee that the registration process is simplified and efficient, allowing you to complete all procedures within a few minutes, with 24-hour online registration support available.
1.3 Information Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the personal information provided during registration. If any information is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, which leads to failure in identity verification, test admission, or score submission, we shall not be liable, and the test fee will not be refunded. If your personal information changes after registration, please update it through your personal account in a timely manner to ensure you receive relevant notifications smoothly.

2.1 Test Format and Duration: As outlined in the CEPA Test introduction, normally the entire test is completed within 30 minutes, covering four core academic English skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing. All test tasks are designed based on real classroom scenarios, including listening to academic lectures, participating in simulated discussions, writing assignment responses, etc. We ensure that the test interface is user-friendly, with clear instructions and technical support to avoid operational obstacles during the test.
2.2 AI-Powered Test Security: To ensure fairness and accuracy, the CEPA Test adopts advanced AI technology for the entire process, including AI-assisted identity verification before the test, real-time AI proctoring during the test, and AI-driven scoring after the test. For online tests, we use a secure proctoring system to prevent cheating behaviors such as plagiarism, impersonation, or using unauthorized materials, ensuring that each student’s test results truly reflect their academic English proficiency. For on-site tests, we provide standardized test venues and professional invigilators to maintain a fair test environment.
2.3 Special Accommodations: We are committed to providing inclusive test services for students with special needs. If you have physical or learning disabilities that require special accommodations, please use the online test, and you can participate in the online test under fair and reasonable conditions.

3.1 Scoring Standards and Efficiency: All aspects of CEPA’s evaluation, from listening comprehension and speaking fluency to writing coherence and reading accuracy, are powered by advanced AI technology, which eliminates human bias and ensures objective and accurate scoring. We promise to release your test scores within 2 hours after the test is completed, which is significantly faster than traditional academic English tests. You can query your full score report (including overall score and detailed sub-scores for each skill) through your personal account free of charge.
3.2 Score Interpretation: The score report will include a clear interpretation of your performance, helping you understand your strengths and weaknesses in academic English skills. The sub-scores for each skill (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) will provide targeted insights, enabling you to make targeted improvements in your preparation for university studies. We also provide a score comparison guide, helping you understand how your CEPA score reflects your readiness for English speaking classroom environments.
3.3 Score Sending Service: We offer free score sending services to up to 10 colleges or universities designated by you. You can input the receiving email of the target institutions through your personal account before or after the test (within 14 days after score release). We will send your official score report directly to the admissions offices of the designated institutions to ensure the authenticity and validity of the score. If you need to send scores to more than 10 institutions, an additional reasonable fee maybe charged, and you can complete the payment and application through your personal account.
3.4 Score Re-evaluation: If you have reasonable doubts about your test score, you can apply for a score re-evaluation through your personal account within 5 working days after the score release. A re-evaluation fee maybe charged, and our team will arrange a professional technical team to review the AI scoring results (without changing the original test content). The re-evaluation result will be released within 3 working days after receiving your application, and this result will be final. If the re-evaluation result changes, the re-evaluation fee will be fully refunded; otherwise, the fee will not be refunded.

4.1 Test Fee: The CEPA Test fee is set at a reasonable and affordable level, thanks to the cost-saving advantages of AI-powered evaluation (eliminating the need for a large team of human graders). The specific test fee will be clearly displayed on the official website and registration platform, and there will be no hidden fees. You can pay the test fee through various secure online payment methods (such as credit card, Alipay, WeChat Pay), and we will issue an electronic payment receipt after successful payment, which you can download and print through your personal account.
4.2 Refund Policy: Due to the very low assessment fee charged by CEPA, once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded. Please carefully weigh your options before making a decision.

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information and strictly abide by relevant international and regional data protection laws and regulations. All personal information (such as identity information, test records, and score data) collected during the registration and test process will only be used for CEPA Test-related services, including registration verification, test organization, score evaluation, and score sending to designated institutions. We will take advanced technical measures to encrypt and store your personal information to prevent information leakage, tampering, or misuse. Without your explicit consent, we will never disclose your personal information to any third party (except for legal requirements or cooperation with authorized institutions that assist in test administration, who are also bound by strict privacy protection obligations). You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal information in your personal account at any time, and we will respond to your relevant requests in a timely manner in accordance with regulations. We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to provide CEPA Test services or as required by law; after the retention period expires, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal information to ensure its security.

6.1 Obligation of Serious Participation: You must participate in the CEPA Test with a serious and honest attitude, and fully demonstrate your true academic English proficiency during the test. You shall strictly follow all test instructions and requirements, and shall not engage in any perfunctory behaviors that affect the authenticity and validity of the test results, including but not limited to deliberately answering questions randomly, not completing the test as required, or abandoning the test without justifiable reasons. If we determine that you fail to take the test seriously through AI proctoring records or other relevant evidence, we reserve the right to refuse to score your test, cancel any existing test results, and retain the test fee without refund. In addition, we may restrict your future registration for the CEPA Test and pursue your corresponding responsibilities in accordance with this Policy.
6.2 Prohibition of Unauthorized AI Operation: During the test, you shall only use the CEPA Test system for academic English proficiency evaluation purposes as specified. You are strictly prohibited from guiding the AI system in the test to perform any behaviors or operations unrelated to the evaluation (including but not limited to tampering with AI test logic, inducing AI to generate irrelevant content, or using AI to bypass test security restrictions). Such behaviors shall be deemed as cyber attacks on the CEPA system. You shall bear legal liabilities for damaging CEPA assets in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and shall also compensate for all relevant losses (including but not limited to system maintenance costs, test service suspension losses, and reputation losses) caused to us thereby.

7.1 Customer Service Support: We provide 24H working day professional online customer service to address your questions and needs related to registration, test arrangements, score queries, and other related matters. You can contact our customer service team through the official website’s online message, email, or designated hotline. Our customer service representatives will respond to your inquiries promptly and provide accurate and effective solutions to ensure a smooth experience throughout your CEPA Test journey.
7.2 Feedback Mechanism: We welcome your feedback on our services, including suggestions for improving the registration process, test experience, score service, and customer support. You can submit your feedback through the personal account feedback channel or the official website’s dedicated feedback page. Our team will carefully review all feedback, continuously optimize our services, and strive to provide a better experience for all student users.

8.1 Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or revise this Policy as needed to adapt to changes in laws, regulations, or service requirements. Any updates or revisions to the Policy will be prominently displayed on our official website and registration platform. Your continued use of CEPA Test services after the Policy is updated shall be deemed as your acknowledgment and agreement to the revised terms.
8.2 Policy Interpretation: The final interpretation right of this Policy belongs to the CEPA Test Administration. If you have any doubts about the terms and conditions of this Policy, please contact our customer service team for clarification before registering for the test.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by force majeure, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as network failures, power outages, or equipment malfunctions not caused by our negligence), or your own improper operation (such as incorrect personal information entry, failure to follow test instructions, or account information leakage due to your own reasons). You shall bear the corresponding risks and responsibilities for any consequences arising from your violation of this Policy or relevant supplementary rules.
By registering for and participating in the CEPA Test, you fully understand and agree to all the terms and conditions of this Policy. If you do not agree to any part of this Policy, please do not register for or participate in the CEPA Test.
